Sandra & Walter Moses of Ablaze MetalArt & Design create high quality handcrafted metal art from steel and aluminium, brass, copper & stainless steel; such as authentic native art, natural beauty, wild life, domestic animals…… into wall hangings, 2D, 3D art and signage for homes, businesses or garden... We also include custom artwork meeting customer requirements. “If you can dream it we will make it”. As owners/artists/artisans of Ablaze MetalArt & Design we started creating these beautiful art pieces in October of 2006.
Once the creating and designing of the art work is completed by Sandra, using her inspiration and inherent artistic ability, it is then transferred to Walter who continues to work his magic. With his over 38 years of experience working metal and his artistic ability he completes the elegant works of art. He cuts each piece separately with a high definition Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) plasma machine and then through care and contemplation individually finishes the unique pieces of art. There are a minimum of seven or more steps after Walter completes the cutting of the art piece; each piece has 4 separate stages of grinding and buffing to get the piece to have the desired look and swirl for the next steps which are the cleaning and applying the unique finishes. The pieces are then coated with a high quality protective coating, being the final step to completing the distinctive finish on each piece.
Our diverse art line also includes: house & garden accessories and affordable popular silhouettes to fit different decors; each piece matchless with distinct finishes such as: silver, bronzed, gold, rust, copper rainbow (multi-coloured) or painted, giving further flexibility to customize to taste. These pieces of art can also be made to fit particular areas or we do custom work for individuals looking for one of a kind, exclusive pieces for which their motto stands.
