Location so terrific we just had to share it--- 100 feet of ocean & beach front, panoramic views of the Salish Sea (Georgia Strait) from all three guest rooms. Each room features a queen sized bed with featherbed and eiderdown, TV and DVD or VCR, refrigerator, ensuite private bath (one with whirlpool tub) and WIFI. A four course gourmet breakfast is served daily. We love what we have created here.
We are ranked #1 in Courtenay by Tripadvisor, and just found out that we rank consistently in the top 15 B&Bs in all of Vancouver Island by Tripadvisor (out of 467 B&Bs). In the top fifteen!

Idyllic and scenic. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful hosts. What a beautiful spot for a B & B. Watched a cruise ship sail by in the distance lit up in the night. Walked with their dogs on the beach before a fantastic breakfast. It's the perfect getaway.
Loved our stay. When Haideh and Walter talk about re-kindling our joie de vivre they do mean it! All our stress disappeared after the 3rd day and we thoroughly enjoyed our hike past Nymph Falls. Afterwards a deliscious dinner at Locals completed our last day. We highly recommend this B&B if you want to truly relax.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Belle Vue B&B. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, our three breakfasts were magnificent, our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach. Especially after a busy and stressful time at work, we desperately needed a vacation, and couldn't have asked for a better time of refreshment and renewal. To top it off the hosts were generous enough to allow me to play with their dogs (a win-win for me and for the dogs) :-)
We thoroughly recommend the Belle Vue B&B, and will certainly be returning there the next time we are vacationing in Courtenay/Comox.
Enjoying the peace and quiet was our goal for this vacation. Belle Vue offered this and much much more than we ever expected. Arriving tired and stresses we were greeted by Walter with a big smile - this smile set the stage for a 3 day visit. We never stopped smiling finding secret places, like back trails in Seal Bay Park, Ford's Cove on Hornby Island. We can highly recommend not only Belle Vue B&B but also the Comox VAlley for anyone looking for rest and relaxation.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean and is situated right on an amazing strip of beachfront property (be sure to enjoy those views from the outdoor hot tub!). The owners are friendly and helpful and the food they provide is wonderfully prepared. We will most definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
Beautiful location. As soon as you pull into the driveway you are greeted by beautiful gardens and a fountain. The hosts are warm and friendly. Our room had a great view, was very comfortable, and immaculate. It is to relaxing to be at this B&B. The breakfasts are amazing and delicious. We always have a wonderful time at this B&B.
It is a truly unique spot and a beautiful home.
