Great place for young to old to get wet in the summer. There is an inner pool approximately 1-2 feet deep with stairs leading down into it perfect for toddlers holding hands with an adult. There are rapids you can swim and tube through for the more adventurous and a big rock wall you can swim across to and jump off. There is a playground and green field as a backdrop to set up your blanket or towel and an easy access to a gravel beach along the river itself. Trails run through the park and there is a river with a bridge that my 3 year old loves to explore.
