We are an all vegan eatery and smoothie/juice bar located downtown Courtenay. All of our smoothies and juices are 100% RAW with no fillers, flavour syrups or strange protein powders. We sell sandwiches, wraps (gluten-free options), hot soups, curries on rice, gluten-free muffins, salads and desserts. We have a wide variety of RAW food and more gluten-free options than not. We have a wonderful kiddie play area, free wi-fi, a sunny patio and friendly helpful staff.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturdays 10am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm

The stuffed avocado is incredible!!.. there sandwiches are pretty tasty too!
I travel from Alberta to the Valley area often. I make it a point to stop by Zen Zero to chat with the friendly staff and enjoy their tasty Green Goddess smoothie when ever I am on the Island. I am not a RAWist, but I stretch my culinary pallet as often as I can and I am continuously impressed by the flavour of their RAW meals; so much so that I ended up purchasing one of the RAW food cookbooks they sell and I use it much more than I had anticipated. Great food, great vibe and inspirational in my own kitchen. Well worth the visit!
how can you go wrong with wheatgrass and smoothies... Great place !
